Master Taco is 100% local and owned by Johanna and her family. Master Taco isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a story of passion, community, and the pursuit of the perfect taco. I was really excited to hear from Johanna that they just opened their third location in Sun City!

That makes 3 total Master Taco locations. Surprise, Tempe, and now Sun City. A huge accomplishment and nothing but good news for the local residents who live close close to a Master Taco location.

Service was pretty quick, and the food was hot , not just warm ! I liked the green and red hot salsa. Salsa wasn’t too spicy hot. They were just right 😋 . My wife and I shared the 2 ground beef tacos 🌮, refried beans and rice. We both enjoyed all of the food 😋.

Don’t let the fact that it’s a small hole in the wall deceive you, give it a chance!
I have been to many more “upscale” restaurants and while the food is usually decent its also very pricey and not that memorable.
Here we received good food, fantastic salsas (yes, plural! There is a wide range to choose from) and it was almost half the price of other places we have gone to.

At Master Taco you will find Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner options. Their hours are 6am to 9pm Monday through Thursday then 6am to 10pm on Friday and Saturday. So you will have plenty of opportunity to swing by and try some of their dishes.
