Meet Matt and Brittni, the vibrant and inspiring duo behind their locally owned business. Their passion for providing the Valley with the highest quality, fresh organic meals is the heart of their endeavor. Their story began with a colorful encounter at a 2013 color run, and since then, they have been partners in life and business, united by their love for health, fitness, and culinary delights. Matt’s journey from a college football player to a health enthusiast, losing over 100 pounds through Paleo eating and running, is nothing short of remarkable. Brittni, with her background in soccer and running, was drawn to Matt's infectious energy and shared passions, including a love for Jesus, travel, and running. Their adventures, from beachside jogs to wine tastings, and their commitment to health and family, led them to Phoenix, Arizona. In the spring of 2021, they took over Prepped AZ, blending Matt’s culinary expertise and Brittni’s dedication to helping others, right after welcoming their third child. Their unwavering dream of empowering others has fueled their entrepreneurial journey, and they are excited to continue nourishing their community.
