1. Agreement to terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Showcase Phoenix LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any website, landing page, form, or service operated by Showcase Phoenix LLC — including but not limited to aqualeads.ai and any associated subdomains — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or submit any forms.
2. Services
Showcase Phoenix LLC operates Aqua Leads, a digital marketing agency providing video production, paid advertising, search engine optimization, web design, and related marketing services to contractors in the outdoor living industry. Our services are made available to business owners and their authorized representatives.
3. SMS and telephone communications consent
Important notice: By submitting any form on our websites or landing pages, you expressly consent to receive communications from Showcase Phoenix LLC as described in this section. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
SMS / text message communications. By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a form on any Showcase Phoenix LLC website or landing page, you consent to receive recurring automated and manually dialed text messages (SMS/MMS) from Showcase Phoenix LLC at the mobile number you provided. These messages may include:
- Responses to inquiries you submit through our forms

Your consent satisfies the requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, including 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200. You acknowledge that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.
Opting out of calls. You may revoke your consent to receive telephone calls at any time by contacting us in writing at the address below or by verbally revoking consent during a call with one of our representatives.
4. Email communications consent
By submitting a form on our websites, you also consent to receive email communications from Showcase Phoenix LLC, including follow-ups to your inquiry, service information, and marketing content. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Showcase Phoenix LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with your use of our websites or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Privacy
Your use of our websites is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
